Joined the Precision Wealth Strategies team in April 2024. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management.

Before joining Precision Wealth Strategies, Elena built a diverse background across the financial services industry, local politics, and management. Over the past 15 years, she has also played a key role in launching and transitioning multiple businesses, drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience.

Outside of the office, Elena enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active with outdoor sports, relaxing with a good book, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, she dedicates her time to several community organizations, including On My Way to Furever Rescue and Friends of Hawn.
