Our Training Process

Precision Wealth Strategies utilizes a team-focused approach to planning and growth. We believe anyone experienced in this business, or looking to enter this business, can grow to an advanced level more efficiently with the three areas of training provided:

Sales Training:
The Precision Process combines a sales process with a client process, enabling clients and adviser(s) to complete an objective-based planning process for time, tax, and fee efficiency.
Industry Training:
Precision Wealth Strategies is affiliated with the New York Life and NYLIFE Securities three-year formal training program, which includes classroom, individual and online learning.
F.O.D. (field, observation, and development):
In this phase of training, you will work with Darin and other advisers to focus on process, philosophies and client interaction. Our goal is to provide you with the same level of growth Darin has personally experienced, in a shorter period of time, using tools, training, and the environment that most agents or advisers have not had the chance to experience.

The Recruiting Process

  1. Screening Interview - During this stage, you will get to know a little more about the Precision story and have the opportunity to introduce your story and experience to us. The objective is for you to get a feel for the atmosphere of our office and your chemistry with us, and for us to get to know you in more detail.
  2. In-depth Interview - This phase provides the opportunity to match personalities and to make sure we're a good fit. Candidates will fill out an application and take a personality profile prior to this step, so we can get additional background information.
  3. Career Interview - is a meeting most likely at our training facility, in which you will learn more, tour our offices and review the compensation package.
  4. Decision Point At this time, we will discuss mutual expectations and formulate your business and transition plan.
  5. Logistical Meeting - Cover next steps, additional licenses if any, transition, timing, and value payoff.
